Basic troubleshooting

Close and reopen Ravel.
Confirm your iPhone is connected to the internet for leaderboard and ad features.
Check iOS Settings if notifications were previously denied.
Install the latest version of Ravel available from the App Store or TestFlight.

Data access or deletion requests

Email bhanderlabs@gmail.com with the subject “Ravel Data Request.” Include your Ravel player code or display name if available so we can locate the correct record. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless we specifically request them.
